Acceptable Use
Keep it consensual and creative
Upload only images of consenting adults aged 18 or older and content you own or are authorized to use. Obtain permission for AI transformation and any intended publication. Disclose that realistic outputs are AI-generated where required, and never present them as evidence of a real event.
Prohibited content
- Sexual content: pornography, nudity, intimate imagery and sexual exploitation are prohibited.
- Violence: graphic violence, gore, violent abuse and threats are prohibited.
- Hate: hateful imagery, harassment and discriminatory abuse are prohibited.
- Child safety: all depictions of children are prohibited in this adults-only service, including any child exploitation or endangerment.
- Impersonation: deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized likeness or voice use, false endorsement, scams and political deception are prohibited.
- Intellectual property: unauthorized reproduction of protected characters, trademarks, songs and other copyrighted material is prohibited.
Do not evade safeguards, resell account access, commit payment fraud or manipulate credit balances.
Review and reporting
Before generation, our platform checks the requested scene and both reference photos using GPT-4.1 mini through API Mart. Before delivery, it checks generated still images or video frames sampled twice per second. Blocked content is not delivered, and reserved credits are returned. If an input check is unavailable, the task fails and credits return; an output check retries up to three times before failing and returning credits. We retain the check decisions and policy version with each task.
Automated screening can miss violations. Video checks sample visual frames and do not independently review every frame or audio track. The checks do not verify a person’s identity, age or consent. You remain responsible for permissions and checking content before use. The operator reviews reported concerns and can remove content or restrict access; we do not provide a continuously staffed review team. Report abuse or a likeness-rights concern with the task reference and supporting details: support@aihotellobby.online. We can request further evidence, withhold or remove violating material and suspend accounts for serious or repeated abuse. You may contact support to dispute a moderation decision. We update these rules and the screening policy as new abuse patterns are identified.
