Who is responsible for your information
Li Jing (李靖), an individual operator based in China, is responsible for the personal information processed by Hotel Lobby Studio. Privacy and account-data requests can be sent to support@aihotellobby.online.
What we collect
We receive your Google account identifier, verified email, display name and avatar to create an account. We store your uploaded photos, generation settings, task status, generated media, credit transactions, order references and content-check records (task ID, check stage, model, policy version, decision and category codes). Support correspondence is also processed when you contact us. We do not receive or store your complete payment card details.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate you, generate and deliver your media, maintain your library, verify payments, return credits after failed tasks, investigate abuse and provide support. Our processing is based on providing the requested service, legal obligations and legitimate security interests where applicable.
Service providers and transfers
Google handles sign-in. API Mart and its downstream model providers process generation inputs and automated content checks. Still images and sampled video frames are sent for these checks. Reference images are uploaded to temporary provider-hosted URLs, documented as expiring after 72 hours; anyone possessing such a URL may access it until it expires. Cloudflare supplies hosting, databases and media storage. Waffo PANCAKE and its payment partners process checkout and payment information under their own policies. These services may process data outside your country. We do not sell your personal information or use uploaded photos to train our own models. We cannot promise the retention or training practices of downstream AI providers beyond their applicable terms; avoid uploading sensitive material.
Storage and retention
Uploaded photos and outputs are stored privately and are served only to the account owner through the application. Media and account records are retained to provide the library until you request deletion, subject to necessary backup, legal, fraud and accounting retention. Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own obligations. To request media or account deletion, contact support with your account email and relevant task references. We may verify account ownership before acting.
Cookies and Google Analytics
We use essential, HTTP-only authentication and sign-in cookies and local storage to remember a pending generation. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and engagement. Google receives usage information, browser and device details, and analytics cookie identifiers. The analytics tag loads on visits without waiting for an in-site cookie-consent dialog and may set analytics cookies.
Google processes analytics information under its Privacy Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking essential sign-in cookies can prevent account access.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing or receive a copy of your data, and to complain to your local regulator. Contact: support@aihotellobby.online. Requests may require verification of account ownership. We do not provide an in-site analytics consent or cookie-management panel.

The update date on this page identifies the current policy. Material changes will be described here and communicated through the site or your account email. Our Terms of Service and Refund Policy explain account, payment and refund rules.
Children and security
The service is for adults 18+ and must not be used to upload images of children. We use access controls and server-side credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected incident to support.
