Refund Policy

One-time credit packs

There are no recurring subscriptions. You may request a refund of a completely unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@aihotellobby.online with your account email, order reference and reason. Duplicate or unauthorized payments should be reported immediately.

Used credits and failed tasks

Successfully delivered AI generations consume the displayed credits. Dissatisfaction with a creative result does not automatically qualify used credits for a refund; please contact us if a result is technically broken or a service failure prevented delivery. Confirmed failed generation tasks automatically return credits to your account. Uncertain submissions are investigated before a credit decision to avoid double processing.

Processing a refund

Approved refunds are issued through Waffo PANCAKE to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies and is not guaranteed by us. Credits corresponding to a refund are revoked; duplicate notifications never revoke the same amount twice. Statutory refund and cancellation rights applicable in your jurisdiction are not limited by this policy.
