Terms of Service
1. Our service and operator
Hotel Lobby Studio is an AI photo and video creation service operated by Li Jing (李靖), an individual based in China. Contact: support@aihotellobby.online. These terms govern your use of the service and any one-time credit purchases. You must be at least 18 years old. Creating an account or purchasing credits confirms acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account and photos
Google sign-in is required to upload photos, generate media and access your private library. You are responsible for access to your account. You must have permission to upload and transform every identifiable person’s image and all other input material. Only consenting adults may be depicted. You keep your rights in your inputs and grant us permission to process them and deliver your requested output.
3. AI results
API Mart routes our requests to Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview for photos and Seedance 2.0 Mini, Seedance 2.0 Fast or Seedance 2.0 for videos, according to the selected quality. GPT-4.1 mini performs our automated content checks. These are third-party model services; Hotel Lobby Studio does not develop the underlying models.
Outputs are generated by third-party AI services and may be inaccurate, unexpected or inconsistent. We do not guarantee facial fidelity, a specific gesture, audio quality, virality or suitability for commercial use. We do not offer licensed songs, celebrity voice cloning or impersonation services. AI outputs may not be unique or protectable by copyright. Any use must respect third-party rights and applicable platform rules.
4. Credits and payment
Prices and generation costs appear on the pricing page. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. We do not provide free generations or signup credits. Taxes are shown before payment. Waffo Pancake processes payments through its hosted checkout and acts as merchant of record as identified in checkout; its checkout terms also apply. We credit your account only after payment is independently verified. Confirmed failed generation tasks automatically return their reserved credits. A submission whose status cannot be verified requires support review to prevent duplicate charges.
5. Refunds and misuse
Our Refund Policy applies. Refunded credits are removed, and already used credits may leave an account balance below zero until resolved. We may restrict abusive, fraudulent or prohibited use and remove violating content. See Acceptable Use.
6. Availability and responsibility
The service depends on external model, storage and payment providers. Maintenance, moderation or provider outages may delay delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and liability for ordinary service issues is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, fraud liability or other non-excludable obligations. Contact us first to resolve disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
7. Changes and closure
We may update these terms prospectively with notice on this page. Material changes affecting purchased credits will be communicated to account holders. If we discontinue paid service, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to use remaining credits or request resolution of unused balances. You can request account deletion through support.
